Mr. Zamor’s
employment has afforded him the opportunity to gain a firm
knowledge/understanding of intricate legal issues pertaining to
complex commercial litigation, Family Law and business/financial
matters.
Mr. Zamor has
performed extensive forensic document analysis, complex legal
research/writing, securities assets analysis, forensic personal
investigation, due diligence, and assisted with legal/case analysis
and trial team functions.
Further, Mr.
Zamor’s legal experiences are distinguished by, contributing as an
in-house international/commercial arbitration authority (developing
& drafting practices and procedures); case management for highly
visible and high-end clients; his ability to manage personnel and
delegate throughout the capacities of a law firm’s employment
staff, and actively participate in various legal committees and
practice groups within a law firm.
In 2001, Mr. Zamor was certified as a County
Court Mediator and in 2008 he was accepted and certified by the
Florida Supreme Court as a Circuit Civil Mediator. In 2001 Mr. Zamor
was selected to be a mediator for the Miami-Dade Equal Employment
Opportunity Board (MDEEOB), mediating employment, housing and unfair
discrimination practice cases, where he received several
acknowledgements from the Mayor of Miami-Dade County.
In 2003, Mr. Zamor was selected to
mediate for the Florida Department of Financial Services, mediating
home and automobile insurance claims. In 2005, Mr. Zamor was
selected by FINRA (f/k/a NASD) as a public arbitrator. In 2007 Mr.
Zamor was selected to serve as a United States Postal Office
R.E.D.R.E.S.S Mediator. Mr. Zamor’s conflict resolution service also
extends into family law, where he assists disputing divorcing
parties.
As an educator since 2002, Mr. Zamor has
lectured on the legal issues, practical issues and the processes
of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Conflict Resolution at
various public and private universities. Mr. Zamor has lectured on
analyzing and resolving conflicts regarding labor unions and
business organizations (i.e. conflicts within organizational
infrastructure and consumer confidence in business organizations).
During the 2005, Mr. Zamor taught at University of Miami in the
Paralegal Certificate program.
Mr. Zamor has authored and contributed to
published material regarding mastering the Trial Notebook in
Florida; E-discovery; managing personality conflicts within a law
firm, E-discovery and forensic computer searching.
Stanley Zamor earned a Bachelors of Science
Degree in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University in 1997.
In 2001 Mr. Zamor earned a Masters of Science degree in Conflict
Analysis/Resolution and Organizational/Human Systemic Studies and
presently is a Ph.D. Candidate in the same discipline.
